This privacy policy describes how Brave Geeks Inc. and its subsidiaries treat personal information that you provide, specific to DareDealer.com ("DareDealer").

Personal Information

Non-Account Activity: You may view videos and other content on DareDealer without registering for an account. You may also contact us regarding content on this website without having an account.

Account-Related Activity: Certain other activities on DareDealer require that you have an account, including but not limited to: posting videos, descriptions, comments and/or personal information or content; viewing restricted content; depositing and donating funds and material goods to the DareDealer or its members; and receiving payments from the website.

Personal Information: We ask for some personal information when you create a DareDealer account, including but not limited to: your email address and a password, used to protect your account from unauthorized access. In the case of account holders who wish to deposit to and/or donate funds to DareDealer, we ask for some personal information including but not limited to: your full name, address and credit card information used solely for depositing to and/or donating funds through DareDealer. In the case of account holders who plan to participate in the website, such that they may receive payment or material goods through DareDealer, or to raise money for charitable and other third parties or organizations, we ask for additional personal information including: your full name and address; and your social security or tax ID number, used solely for tax purposes when sending you payments, or other purposes as required by law.

Usage Information: We may record information about your usage, including but not limited to: the use of DareDealer, profiles, groups and favorites you subscribe to; and members or causes you pledge money, other material goods and/or your support to; members and other contacts you communicate with and the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on at DareDealer, including: the user interface, settings and other information. If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. We may use clear images and code ("Web Beacons") in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.

Content Uploaded to Site: Any personal information or other content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, within your profile pages, etc.) becomes publicly available and may be collected and used by others.

Uses

If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the DareDealer Sites, by mail or other channels for communication, we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features and functionality of the DareDealer Sites and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.

Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload content or send messages through the DareDealer Sites and other Users can contact you through messages and comments.

Any content that you submit to the DareDealer Sites may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels and may be viewed by the general public. If you have enable certain additional features on the DareDealer Websites, other information about you or your organization may be shared as you agree to when enabling the particular feature.

We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes including but not limited to: notifying you of changes to your account; payment information; information about you or your organization for registration and payment purposes; major changes to DareDealer Sites; and other customer service purposes. We will not sell or provide your email address to third parties.

We may use your anonymous as well as your personal information stored in the form of cookies, clear images and database tables to provide a better user experience to you and our other members, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

If you download any software applications from this website, they may include a unique code used for personal identification, version number and language may be sent to DareDealer when the application checks for updates.

We may share your billing, payment and shipping information with banks, accountants and payment processors for the sole purpose of collecting and/or sending payments regarding the use of these Websites, and to cooperate with any tax laws or other legal requirements.

Publicly Available Information

· When you create an account on the site, some information about your account and your account activity will be provided to other Users of the site. This may include the date you opened your account, the date you last logged into your account, your age (if you choose to make it public), your geographic location and the charitable organizations and other members you support or watch.

Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users in your profile and when you communicate with other members. Other Users can contact you through messages and comments.

You may also choose to add other personal information voluntarily, that will visible to other Users at your own discretion. DareDealer is not responsible for how others use your publicly available information.

Your Choices

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the DareDealer Sites, in which case you can may view content on the DareDealer Sites, but DareDealer may not be able to provide certain services to you until you opt-in as a member.

You may edit your personal information and availability thereof, to other members at any time.

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites

DareDealer allows third parties to serve advertisements and content within the DareDealer Sites to its Users. These Third Parties automatically receive your IP address and anonymous usage information. They may also use other technologies to track their campaigns including: cookies; JavaScript; and Web Beacons. DareDealer does not provide any personally identifiable information to these Third Parties without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature that you choose to opt-in to. Note that if an advertiser asks DareDealer to provide a specific experience, content to a particular audience, such as a specific age group or demographic and you respond to them or click through their advertisements and links, the Third Party may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The advertiser may also use anonymous information regarding your use of the DareDealer Sites, such as the number of times you viewed an ad to determine which ads to deliver to you.

DareDealer's privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of these Third Parties.
