Bob and Judy Peart began in the late 1980's with a burden for the Central Valley. They believed that there was a need for a radio station that would broadcast Contemporary Christian music 24 hours per day/7 days a week. After several years of hard work KDUV fm acquired its broadcast license in 1992.
