Greely Myatt was born and educated in Mississippi. He currently lives and works in Memphis, Tennessee, where he is Professor of Art at The University of Memphis. His sculptures and installations have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions across the United States, Europe and Japan. Get swept up in the story of Dorothy and her three special friends retold in an imaginative narrative by Ballet Memphis' Steven McMahon that has been heralded by Dance Magazine as "something to celebrate." Tickets start at just $5! Originally from Mechanicsville, Virginia, Travis Bradley came to Memphis in 2004 to become a company member of Ballet Memphis. Since that time he has performed many memorable roles such as Oberon in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Romeo in Romeo and Juliet, The Prince in Beauty and the Beast, the Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz, and many significant parts in Trey McIntyre ballets such as The Naughty Boy, The Barramundi, Grace and Pork Songs. Travis previously danced with The Houston Ballet, the Richmond Ballet, The Harid Conservatory and The Houston Ballet Academy. While dancing with The Houston Ballet Academy, Travis received the Michael Wasmund Award for his love and dedication for the art of dance. Travis also has worked with many noted choreographers such as Ben Stevenson, Stanton Welch, Trey McIntyre, Julia Adam and Mark Godden. ArtsMemphisTV presents Jonathan Postal
www.livefrommemphis.com Jonathan's next scheduled show is May - June of 2010 at the Jack Robinson Gallery. This show will be based on his LFM blog post from last month, "People Who Died The Lost Files." Jonathan Postal is a photographer living and working in Memphis. Throughout his life he has worked for many publications including the International Times, Soho Weekly News, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, Guitar World, The New York Times, Interview, Vogue, and many, many, many more.... Currently he is still freelancing as well as showing locally and nationally. His most recent show was Jonathan Postal & Mary Long-Postal: "Myths and Marks" at Askew Nixon Ferguson ending in May of 2009. Recently he was profiled in RSVP Magazine as well as photographing the annual photographic essay for Memphis Magazine. In May of 2009 Rave Up Records re-released the Readymades vinyl record, which you can find online or locally at Goner Records. You can also get limited edition Jonathan Postal t-shirts featuring Blondie or Joey Ramone photos at Iron Forge Press.
