Habitat For Humanity of Broward

Habitat For Humanity of Broward

Habitat for Humanity is a community development program that works! Habitat Broward's success can be attributed to concerned and motivated members of our community joining forces to support those in need. We engage corporations, civic and faith based organizations, schools, and individuals who have the willingness to invest in the improvement of their community. Broward County faces an unprecedented severe affordable housing crisis, jeopardizing the overall health and welfare of more than 160,000 low to very-low income families and their children, according to the Broward County Department of Urban Planning and Redevelopment. These numbers are expected to increase by 30,000 to 40,000 by the year 2030.
