Michael Fitzgerald is a teacher in mesa College. This was a Food Show in Gator By The Bay 2009. Assistend: Larry. Michael earned his Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Mesa College and was a student in the Hospitality program. In addition, he holds several certificates from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute, the certifying agency in the Hospitality industry. Since 2001, Michael has been an adjunct instructor in the Culinary Arts/Culinary Management and Hotel Management programs here at Mesa College. He uses computer technology extensively and incorporates it into his teaching in a variety of ways. He has experience with curriculum development and has developed his own instructional materials. Mr. Fitzgerald has worked extensively in restaurant, hotel, bar and casino operations and has logged more than 20000 hours as an on-site culinary consultant. In 1999 he was named Entrepreneur of the Year (Hospitality Consulting) in Acción San Diego, and, in 2005 Michael set up his own consulting company specializing in information technology. He has worked in companies such as Emerils Restaurants, the California Café, and he was the general manager of the French Gourmet Corporation, one of the largest high-end catering companies in San Diego. Título Internacional: The Road to San Diego. "La acción tiene lugar en la selva del noreste argentino. Allí, en una choza precaria, vive Tati Benítez (Ignacio Benítez) con su familia. Tati ha perdido su trabajo en el obraje. Ahora ayuda a Silva un viejo escultor, para quien busca en el monte troncos, ramas y raíces que puedan servirle para hacer sus obras. A cambio, obtiene un porcentaje por las ventas que logre realizar entre los pocos turistas que llegan al mercado del pueblo vecino. Al igual que la mayoría de los argentinos, Tati tiene adoración por Diego Armando Maradona. Las paredes de su casa están cubiertas de fotos de su ídolo y guarda, como el tesoro más preciado, la entrada al estadio del día que lo vio en plena acción, cuando vino con Boca a jugar a Corrientes. A pesar de su dramática situación económica, Tati no pierde su espíritu jovial. Tiene además otra razón para su optimismo: ha encontrado una gigantesca raíz de timbó (un árbol típico de la zona) con una silueta que él encuentra parecida a Maradona, la cual intentará entregar personalmente a Diego. La palabra "personalmente" impresiona profundamente a todos, dado que conocerlo sería cumplir el sueño de su vida. La noticia-bomba de la internación de Diego en la Clínica Suizo Argentina de Buenos Aires por un problema cardíaco es motivo suficiente para que Tati inicie así su gran aventura, con la bendición de tanto de su mujer y amigos, como de Doña Matilde quién, además de atender su almacén de ramos ...
