There continues to be a great amount of controversy about the use of cameras to identify motorists who are exceeding the speed limits or running red lights. Older Tennessee drivers may encounter tougher laws

As the number of elderly drivers on the road increases, Tennessee officials are exploring new laws that could subject older drivers to additional testing and make it easier for Tennessee to take licenses away from older drivers at the request of family members.
