Immokalee, Florida
A video taken In Immokalee, FL. showing the plight of farm workers. Slavery is alive and well in Immokalee. Farm workers are kept against their will, are physically abused, and do not receive fair wages. 90 percent of the United State's winter tomatoes are grown in Immokalee. Farmworkers haven't had a raise since 1978. The Coalition of Immokalee Workers is a grassroots organization that fights for fair food.
