MEMPHIS, TN (AP) - The Memphis Zoo will open a 5,400-square-foot outdoor skating rink this winter. The rink will open Nov. 19 through Jan. 31 between exhibits at the zoo and will be the city's only ice skating venue after the last rink at the Mall of Memphis was demolished in 2003.
