The Humane Society is dedicated to helping as many needy animals as possible. Above, you can scroll through photos of our efforts abroad, including the Eagle Pass Tornado. The Humane Society/SPCA assists other area shelters by transferring animals to be adopted from our facility. This frees up room in other shelters so they can continue to serve the public by receiving animals. The Humane Society transfers from Animal Care Services, Animal Welfare Society, Bulverde Humane, Calhoun County Humane Society, Universal City, City of Windcrest, Goliad Pet Adoption, Kirby Animal Control, Leon Valley Animal Control, Live Oak Animal Control, and Schetrz Animal Control.
